They have positioned city council members, district judges, mayors and chiefs of police, whom they control. They have funding from multiple globalist billionaires. They have agreements with foreign governments who have common interests. Minneapolis police has advised people to give up their purses and cellphones if they are attacked as the city battles a surge in violent crime.
The city’s beleaguered police department – which is struggling to cope with less officers and a huge increase in violent crime since the death of George Floyd – has issued a list telling residents how to protect themselves in the current climate.
Some of the examples on the list include; ‘carry only items you need and carry less cash; be prepared to give up your cellphone and purse or wallet; don’t fight with the criminal; remember your safety is most important.’

Minneapolis police are down at least 100 officers in the last two months — more than 10% of the force.
Over the past two months, 40 police officers have either resigned, been fired or are in the process of leaving.
Another 75 officers have taken medical leave for post-traumatic stress disorder in the wake of the riots that followed Floyd’s death.
Residents in Minneapolis have complained that police are taking longer to respond to emergency calls as the police staffing shortage comes alongside the crime wave.

The struggling Minneapolis Police Department last week offered a list to help people to navigate the city’s recent surge in violent crimes.
Some of the tips offered by police to prevent robberies include not to walk alone and to be ‘hyper-aware’ of your surroundings at all times.
The list also suggests that residents carry less cash and are prepared to give up their cellphone and purse or wallet.
Residents are also advised not to fight with the criminal to protect their safety.

Since Floyd’s death, some residents have complained of slow police responses and sometimes no response at all, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.
One Minneapolis resident, Leslie Bowden, who lives in the area surrounding Floyd’s memorial – a long troubled neighbourhood that has been the site of several shootings in recent weeks – told the paper that she calls police as a last resort, mostly when she hears gunshots.
She said: ‘Police murdered a man in our neighborhood and then they just all fell out and left us alone to figure out our own as far as protecting our neighborhoods,’ she said.
‘You feel isolated, like you’re in a war zone sometimes, but there’s no one helping us.’
An unnamed source told the paper that although the Minneapolis Police Department is funded to have 888 officers, it could lose about one-third of the force by the end of the year.
The city has been a focal point of the Black Lives Matter movement since the killing of George Floyd by a Minneapolis Police officer on May 25.
His death sparked major riots and unrest across and since then the city has been rocked with a dramatic increase in violent crime.
Homicides, shootings and robberies in Minneapolis have all increased by double digits from last year.
So far this year 288 people have been shot — a total that exceeds all of 2019.
There have also been 41 homicides in the city so far this year. In 2019, there were 48 homicides in Minneapolis in total.
Though total reported crimes were down 31 per cent in June and 4 per cent by July’s end, gunfire incidents, which tie up multiple squads, soared during the same period.

According to Minneapolis Police Department records, gunfire incidents increased 224 per cent and 166 per cent respectively compared to 2019.
More recently, Minneapolis’ South Side has been hit with a string of armed robberies and carjackings, which police say are the work of the same crew.
In July alone, there have been 100 robberies and 20 carjackings in the Third Precinct – the city’s largest precinct geographically.
This comes as the Minneapolis City Council unanimously approved a proposal last month to change the city charter to allow the police department to be abolished.
The amendment calls for a new ‘department of community safety and violence prevention’ that would offer ‘a holistic, public health-oriented approach’.
However, the 12-0 vote is just the first step in a process that faces significant bureaucratic obstacles to make the November ballot, where the city’s voters would have the final say.

The Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) told residents they should “be prepared” to hand over their phones, wallets, and purses to robbers.
The MPD has reported a 46 percent increase in carjackings and a 36 percent increase in robberies compared to this same time last year, according to WCCO.
Police in the city’s Third Precinct alone have received more than 100 reports of robberies and 20 reports of carjackings in just the last month.
Officials are now telling residents to be ready and willing to comply with the demands of criminals in an email sent to Third Precinct residents.
“Be prepared to give up your cell phone and purse/wallet,” the police said in their email, a copy of which was obtained by Alpha News. The email said citizens should listen to criminals and “do as they say.”
The message warned that “some victims have been maced, dragged, assaulted, and some threatened with a gun.”

Lawmakers who attended the funeral of late Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) in Atlanta earlier this week are exempt from Washington, D.C.’s, self-quarantine restrictions, according to District Mayor Muriel Bowser’s office.
According to the mayor’s July 24 order, titled “Requirement to Self-Quarantine After Non-Essential Travel During the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency,” any residents who travel to “high-risk” areas for “non-essential” reasons must self-quarantine for 14 days and monitor themselves for symptoms of the virus.
The order mandates in part:
1. All residents and persons traveling to or from “high-risk areas” within the prior fourteen (14) days for non-essential travel must self-quarantine for fourteen (14) days following their return or arrival to the District.
2. Persons who are self-quarantining after non-essential travel must:
a. Stay at their residence or in a hotel room, leaving only for essential medical appointments or treatment or to obtain food and other essential goods when the delivery of food or other essential goods to their residence or hotel is not feasible;
b. Not invite or allow guests, other than caregivers, into their quarantined residence or hotel room; and
c. Self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 and seek appropriate medical advice or testing if COVID-19 symptoms arise.
3. Persons who are traveling through a “high-risk area,” such as through an airport or by vehicle, shall not be subject to this quarantine requirement.
The order, which remains in effect at least until Oct. 9, goes on to define “high-risk areas” as “locations where the seven (7)-day moving average daily new COVID-19 case rate is ten (10) or more per one hundred thousand (100,000) persons.” By such a metric, the entire state of Georgia is considered “high-risk,” and a recent federal report listed it in the “red zone” because of its skyrocketing cases of the virus. Atlanta’s Fulton County averaged 228 cases per 100,000 people in the past seven days, according to most recent statistics from The New York Times.
Regarding why attendees at Lewis’ funeral escaped the strictures of self-quarantine, Bowser Press Secretary Susana Castillo characterized the ceremony as an essential government activity, telling Just the News on Friday, “Government activity is essential, and the Capitol of the United States is exempt from the Mayor’s Order.”
The mayor’s office still deems the funerals of regular people non-essential activity, however. When asked whether attendees of non-government funerals in high-risk areas are still required to self-quarantine under the mayor’s order, Castillo responded simply, “Yes.”
Members of Congress are also exempt from Bowser’s recent edict mandating D.C. residents wear masks both in public indoor spaces and even outside if they “are likely to come into contact with another person, such as being within six feet of another person for more than a fleeting time[.]” Those who neglect to cover up expose themselves to the possibility of fines up to $1,000 per violation.
The order goes on to stipulate:
The enforcement provisions of this Order shall not be applied to persons in the judicial or legislative branches of the District government while those persons are on duty; and shall not apply to any employees of the federal government while they are on duty.

A 17-year-old teenager from Tampa, Florida, has been arrested after being accused of orchestrating the recent Twitter hack that saw the accounts of multiple high-profile users hijacked to spread a Bitcoin scam. The teen faces 30 felony charges related to the hack.
WFLA reports that a 17-year-old teenager named Graham Clark has been arrested under suspicion of masterminding the recent Twitter hack that saw the accounts of multiple high-profile users hijacked and used to promote a Bitcoin scam that generated approximately $100,000 for the hackers. The accounts hacked included those of Joe Biden, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Barack Obama.
Hillsborough State Attorney Andrew Warren filed 30 felony charges against the teenager for “scamming people across America” in relation tot he Twitter hack. The teenager is facing one count of organized fraud, 17 counts of communications fraud, one count of fraudulent use of personal information worth over $100,000 or 30 or more victims, 10 counts of fraudulent use of personal information and one count of access to computer or electronic devices without authority.
Clark was reportedly booked into jail shortly after 6:30 a.m. Friday at Hillsborough County Jail. In a statement, State Attorney Andrew Warren said:
These crimes were perpetrated using the names of famous people and celebrities, but they’re not the primary victims here. This ‘Bit-Con’ was designed to steal money from regular Americans from all over the country, including here in Florida. This massive fraud was orchestrated right here in our backyard, and we will not stand for that.
Warren added:
I want to congratulate our federal law enforcement partners – the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, the FBI, the IRS, and the Secret Service – as well as the Florida Department of Law enforcement. They worked quickly to investigate and identify the perpetrator of a sophisticated and extensive fraud.
Twitter released a statement shortly after the arrest thanking law enforcement for their work.
Earlier today, Twitter said that the site’s entire system was targeted in the hack. The company has confirmed that the hack was a “phone spear phishing attack” that targeted a small number of Twitter employees. Spear phishing is a technique in which hackers trick victims into believing that they’re someone they’re not in order to gain access to personal information, in the case of the Twitter hack it was access to account management tools.
The hackers used credentials from Twitter employees to access Twitter’s internal systems and gain an insight into how the site operates, which then allowed them to target employees who had access to account support tools.
The attackers targeted 130 Twitter accounts, ultimately Tweeting from 45, accessing the DM inbox of 36, and downloading the Twitter Data of 7.
We will provide a more detailed technical report on what occurred at a later date given the ongoing law enforcement investigation and after we’ve completed work to further safeguard our service.

Balsamo goes on to report that federal agents defending the courthouse have engaged in “very thought-out” and measured tactics, deliberately seeking courses of action that would not “escalate tensions” between authorities and the decidedly non-peaceful contingent of “protesters.” He quotes a deputy US Marshal who lives in Portland as saying, “I am worried for my life, every time I walk outside of the building.” As city and state Democratic officials cravenly demand a federal retreat, Balsamo reports that “there’s no plan for the feds to retreat right now. Those protecting the building feel a personal and professional duty to protect the courthouse.” He adds, “many raised the same point — the courthouse stands for justice, for all people. Police: Richmond riots instigated by white supremacists disguised as Black Lives Matter

RICHMOND, Va. – Riots in downtown Richmond over the weekend were instigated by white supremacists under the guise of Black Lives Matter, according to law enforcement officials.
Protesters tore down police tape and pushed forward toward Richmond police headquarters, where they set a city dump truck on fire.
Police declared the event an “unlawful assembly” and ordered people to leave, later deploying tear gas.
Six people were arrested. The mayor of Richmond thanked the Black Lives Matter protesters he said tried to stop the white supremacists from spearheading the violence.
“Their mission is simple, not the Richmond we know,” said Mayor Levar Stoney.
Besides the police department, damage also occurred in and around the VCU campus.
More than 600,000 people in Tricare, a health care program of the United States Department of Defense Military Health System, received emails July 17 asking if they would donate blood for research as “survivors of COVID-19.”
But just 31,000 people affiliated with the U.S. military have been officially diagnosed with the coronavirus, which prompted confusion, Military.com reported last week.
“Just wondering [if] anybody [got] an email from Tricare saying since you are a COVID survivor, please donate your plasma.?? I have NOT been tested,” wrote a beneficiary on Facebook. “Just remember all those people inputting data are human and make mistakes.”
The mass email went to every beneficiary located near a collection point.
“As a survivor of COVID-19, it’s safe to donate whole blood or blood plasma, and your donation could help other COVID-19 patients. Your plasma likely has antibodies (or proteins) present that might help fight the coronavirus infection. Currently, there is no cure for COVID-19. However, there is information that suggests plasma from COVID-19 survivors, like you, might help some patients recover more quickly from COVID-19,” the email said.
Six hours later, Humana issued a mea culpa, Military.com wrote.
“In an attempt to educate beneficiaries who live close to convalescent plasma donation centers about collection opportunities, you received an email incorrectly suggesting you were a COVID-19 survivor. You have not been identified as a COVID-19 survivor and we apologize for the error and any confusion it may have caused,” the company wrote.
Marvin Hill, Humana’s corporate communications lead, said the company apologizes “for the confusion caused by the original message,” which was sent to recipients based on their proximity to a plasma collection facility and not “on any medical information or diagnosis.”
“As a part of an effort to educate military beneficiaries about convalescent plasma donation opportunities, Humana was asked to assist our partner, the Defense Health Agency.
